Technology Management Program

Keep your systems reliable.
Keep your team moving.

Ongoing ownership, governance, maintenance, and guidance for the technology you already use—so your systems stay reliable and your team keeps moving.

Technology Management: ownership, governance, management, and enablement. An ongoing service board represents four pillars: ownership with clear responsibility, governance with standards and oversight, management with maintenance and improvements, and enablement with guidance and training. A return path represents continuing care. TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT Your system. Our care. A few useful answers

Know what to expect.

Clear scope, transparent capacity, and a practical way to get work done.

Why the Technology Management Program vs. hiring in-house?

The program gives your team specialist capacity and ongoing responsibility for maintaining, governing, and protecting your technology. It can support your internal team with broader expertise and shared system knowledge, without recruiting and onboarding a dedicated full-time role.

What tasks are available for request?

The program focuses on maintaining your existing systems and making small improvements to settings, automations, data, and reporting. Supported requests depend on the technologies in scope and your plan. Full implementations, redesigns, and large initiatives are separate project work. Talk with our team about the support your setup needs.

What does "unlimited" really mean?

You can submit as many requests as you need to build your backlog. Limited includes up to 5 tasks per month. Professional supports 2 active tasks at a time; Enterprise supports 3. A delivery slot opens when you review and approve a completed task. Unlimited requests do not mean unlimited simultaneous work.

How do I submit tasks?

A designated user can submit the task request form in your client portal or email the provided address. You do not need to know the technical solution—we review each request to clarify your goals and scope. Read the submission guide.

How long does it take to deliver tasks?

Our goal is to deliver tasks for review within 3 business days after work starts. Each task receives an estimate during assessment and prioritization; customized or complex tasks may need more time. Learn more about delivery.

Can I cancel or change my plan?

You can request to cancel, upgrade, or downgrade with one billing cycle of written notice. Upgrades and downgrades are limited to once every 90 days. Learn more about account changes.
